Promote your recruiting events online so potential applicants can search for them by location, date, and/or school name on mba.com, our website for prospective students.
The Calendar of Events allows you to do the following:
- Use a personalized, school-specific work area for creating, editing, and deleting information about recruiting events.
- Automatically post and archive information about your events.
- Create direct links from the Find Events tool on mba.com to your school's website.
- Post key deadlines for applications, financial aid, and scholarships.
- List multi-school events with automated online approval.
Types of Events
You can post school-sponsored events (on or off campus) for one year from event date. Examples of events you might want to promote—
- Open houses
- Information sessions
- Receptions
- Collaborative school-sponsored mini-forums
- Online Events
Requirements
This service is limited to graduate management education institutions that have qualified as GMAT® recipients and approved third-party event management companies.
If you are employed by a graduate management institution that receives GMAT scores, simply create a profile on gmac.com and you will be eligible to use this service immediately.
Third-party event management companies, please create a profile on gmac.com and contact webmaster1@gmac.com for access to this service. Please allow two business days for access to be granted. Please note: in order to add an event, there must be at least one school attending.
Cost
The Calendar of Events is a free service for schools that post their events online and prospective students who search for events.
