The Corporate Recruiters Survey, our annual survey of employers that recruit on b-school campuses, offers insight into:

  • Current demand for MBA and business master’s graduates
  • Hiring practices and trends across industries and world regions
  • Starting salary data for new MBA hires by industry sector

Highlights for 2011

Our 2011 Survey Report presents major survey results. Here's a glimpse at some of the findings:

  • 54% of Class of 2011 graduates received employment offers—the best since 2007!
  • European companies were poised to exceed the average annual MBA starting salary offered by US employers.
  • Demand for MBA graduates in the US was expected to be strongest in  finance, accounting, & health care; in Europe, energy and utilities; and in Asia, high tech, products & services,  finance, and accounting.
     

Rich Jobs Data Reflects Survey's Global Reach 

In 2011, 1,509 employers from 905 companies participated in the Corporate Recruiters Survey, representing 51 countries worldwide, and 40 US states plus the District of Columbia. A total of 127 business schools in 34 countries around the globe facilitated the survey administration.
